Diana Schwarzbein, MD, is a board certified Endocrinologist, who has written extensively on the subject of insulin resistance, obesity and type II diabetes. Her book, The Schwarzbein Principal , has brought public awareness to the epidemic of hyperinsulemia and its devastating effects on human health.Dr. Schwarzbein retired from clinical practice in 2006 to continue writing books on this topic to educate the consumer and began teaching other health care professionals about her program.
