The Big Picture of Health® Flip Charts​

 

NIWH has developed, with physicians, nurses, health educators, and nutritionists, unique patient education materials. These materials are used in the ongoing NIWH Whole Health pilot studies. They have been tested with over 3,000 patients with various chronic conditions. The flip charts and the health information they contain are designed to engage the patient, as well as demystify the cause and effect of the person’s health concerns.

 

The NIWH flip charts have been developed at a Harvard Medical School hospital with the input of physicians, health educators, and nurses. They have been part of several studies in Whole Health Education® and are used specifically for their non-intimidating visual effect on learning receptivity for all ages and educational levels.
