Many nurses today realize the demand for certification as a holistic nurse. They are wondering how to get holistic nurse certification and are seeking programs that provide the pre-requisite continuing education courses to do so. Holistic nursing certification demonstrates that a nurse has received an approved or endorsed training for the practice of holistic nursing skills and Whole Person Health care.

The NIWH Whole Health Educator for Nurses program is endorsed and approved by the American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA) and the American Holistic Nurse Credentialing Corporation (AHNCC) and meets the continuing education requirements necessary to apply for Holistic Nurse certification and Nurse Coach certification. NIWH is an accredited provider of ANCC continuing education contact hours, thru VNSA, and a content provider of Whole Health continuing education courses for Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing.
