Joseph Libonati, PhD, holds a doctoral degree from Temple University in Exercise Physiology, completing his Post Doctoral Fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine. He is an Assistant Professor and Director of the BioKinetics Research Laboratory at Temple University, as well as faculty lecturer at Johns Hopkins University, Krieger School of Arts and Science. He has co-authorized an Exercise Physiology Textbook and has been extensively published on the subject of cardiac health and function in relationship to exercise and fitness.
