What is a patient health advocate and what do they do?

The NIWH program provides today’s most cutting edge, evidence-based health information for patient health information, disease prevention and non-clinical resources which invites self-care and shared decision making.

The courses were presented and filmed at Boston area hospitals and medical centers. Videos are streamed by Amazon.com to our  on-line classrooms. Hard copy handouts, abstracts, current evidence-based research and individual course assignment templates are provided.

Each learner works with an Academic Adviser who is a credentialed medical or education professional and completed the NIWH Whole Health training.
